A terrific event at this excellent venue at TTS, Nutts Corner. We had a remarkable 52 entries and 48 finishers, several cars sliding off stones on the road and into the kerb on Test 2. The variety of cars ranged from Maurice Eakin’s MGA to David Deering’s Beach Buggy, with everything in between.
Winner overall in an A Series engined Midget was John Kelly and well done to him with some very quick times indeed against a number of hybrid Midgets with K Series, Zetec and Toyota engined cars. Second overall with a margin of 10 seconds was Noel Cochrane and third David Mutch, a further 7 seconds behind.
